Events
Some of LA’s hottest DJs perform at the club and the Spin Doctors is a regular weekend feature. From movie premier after-parties to New Year’s Eve events, the place is happening every weekend. The New Year’s Eve event is sold out every year, showing you just how popular this place is.
Popular acts take over the main stage and can include anything from Hip-Hop to R & B to male revues to go-go dancers. The Highland Nightclub showcases live comedy shows on the first Friday of every month featuring live sketches and short films.
Atmosphere
Sweeping balconies offer panoramic views of the entire LA basin, as well as a refreshing touch of night air. If the views and fresh air or hours of dancing awaken your appetite, you can enjoy a bite to eat in one of the beautiful indoor or outdoor full dining areas. Plush lounges with deluxe seating are inviting and comfortable and offer a nice spot to sit and rest after a long day.
A full bar is on the premises. Additionally, a bottle service is featured and it includes bottled water, juice, soft drinks, champagne and sparkling wines, vodka, gin, whiskey, tequila, and cognac. Items not listed on the bottle menu are available upon request.
Practical Information
The nightclub is open every Friday and Saturday night until 3:00 am. Opening times vary depending upon the specific event occurring on any particular weekend. Typically, doors open about an hour before the show hits the stage.
The dress code can be described as fashionably trendy or upscale-casual. This is strictly enforced at all times. Although nice jeans are permissible, no athletic attire is permitted at any time.
Individuals interested in going to the club can visit thehighlandshollywood.com to fill in a guest list request for up to 15 guests for specific weekend events. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If a fee is charged, it is listed next to the date of the event. You can usually save money if you buy your tickets ahead of time online rather than at the door.
