About Brent Bolthouse Productions - SBE
Two influential powerhouses in their own right, partnered up in a bold move in 2005 to redefine the nightlife scene in the LA area. Their primary focus is to develop the entertainment sector of the city of Los Angeles to provide unique and exceptional hotspots that will have trendsetters, celebrities, and others coming back for more. Their previous track records stamp the word “success” on their endeavors that are designed to give people a place to interact and enjoy the better things in life.
Their plans have included not only the development and building of new venues, but also, the promotion and operation of these venues. Everything from nightclubs to supper clubs to lounges to bars to restaurants is on their menu. Their star-studded venues are successful not only because of their handpicked staff, but also, because of the effort and creativity that goes into each one of their projects.
This partnership between Bolthouse Productions and SBE Entertainment continually puts out and achieves what no one else can including their special events that are unrivaled elsewhere. In fact, providing special events is critical in the nightclub scene if you want to survive. Fortunately, the special events put on by this duo have people clamoring for more just with the mention of the Bolthouse name. Reputation might not be everything, but it certainly is something.
As anyone who knows anyone important should know, two originals from Bolthouse, Brent Bolthouse and Jen Rosero, have been power players in the business for about 20 years. In collaboration with designer Philippe Starck and Sam Nazarian, the cutting-edge force behind the original SBE Entertainment, they continue to set the bar high in LA’s night scene.
Some of their first collaborative efforts were to produce the Lobby Supper Club in West Hollywood and Privilege in Hollywood. In June 2006, the Katsuya restaurant, given the benefit of Philippe Starck’s eye for fine detail, opened in Brentwood, LA. Instantly a success with the press, diners, and anyone who matters, the restaurant is about to have the honor of debuting a second location, Katsuya Hollywood and Vine, in the fall of 2007.
Although competition is fierce, some nightclubs have that special something that gives them staying power in the LA scene. Hyde is one of these. It offers a small intimate setting, which many love! You better know Adam, Julius or Michelle if you want a reservation.
It might not be possible to reinvent the wheel, but Bolthouse Productions - SBE have managed to perfect a way to reinvent nightclub destinations. Each new event or creation involves the best chefs, bartenders, and entertainment venue. Personalized attention to fine details, special guests, and good planning are the stuff that has guests coming back for more and more and more.
