The world renowned, glamorous city of Hollywood is home of the exciting motion pictures, the famous landmark sign, several fascinating museums, the historical Walk of Fame, and so much more. There are many adventurous, amazing, and fun things for a family to do in Hollywood. The only problem you may encounter is finding enough time to do them all. A family trip to this spectacular city is one you will cherish for a very long time. Take a look at what you can discover and experience on your Hollywood adventure.

Hollywood Sign – this is a historical landmark known around the globe and every family who goes to Hollywood has to have their picture taken with the world famous sign. It can be seen for miles around, but the best views (and picture spots) are at:

Hollywood and Highland Shopping Center was initially developed to specifically showcase the sign in the background. This exquisite five-level center is full of top-of-line fashionable boutiques, high-quality restaurants, exhilarating entertainment choices, a first-class hotel, and more. They even have a stellar bowling alley known as Lucky Strike Lanes, which features all the best and newest technology available. It is located at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard. The Hollywood and Highland Center is also the location of the Kodak Theater, which is home of the Academy Awards, offers behind the scenes tours, first-class live entertainment, multiple award events, and so much more.

North Beachwood Drive - if you drive north off of Hollywood Boulevard on this street you will have numerous wonderful picture opportunities along the way of the sign and see one of the awesome trendy streets! Driving up north, you'll fall into Beachwood Village which has an amazing coffee shop/restaurant (with great service and food) as well as a few other local shops.

Lake Hollywood Park (Griffith Park) – there is additional information about this designated region below. It is one of the best spots to see this magnificent historical landmark.
